Refund & Return Policy

At Trendnix.online, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations in quality, value, and performance. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product or request a refund. That’s why we’ve designed a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly Refund & Return Policy to make your shopping experience worry-free.

Please read the following policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The product must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear.
  • The product was not purchased on clearance or marked as “non-returnable.”

We reserve the right to reject any return if it does not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene products
  • Beauty and skincare products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Products purchased under flash sale, deal, or marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

These restrictions are in place to maintain hygiene standards and ensure fair usage of our return system.


3. How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account at https://trendnix.online.
  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
  3. Click on “Request Return” and provide the reason for return along with photos (if applicable).
  4. Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, approve the return.
  5. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partners (available in select locations).
  6. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the delivery executive.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address.


4. Return Shipping

  • Reverse Pickup: If available, we will arrange free pickup through our logistics partners.
  • Self-Shipping: In areas where reverse pickup is not available, customers will need to send the product back at their own expense. Please keep the courier receipt as proof until the refund is processed.

5. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection process:

  • We check for original packaging, accessories, and product condition.
  • The inspection usually takes 2-3 business days after the item is received.
  • If the return is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement as per your request.

Returns that fail inspection due to damage, usage, or missing tags will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you.


6. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after the return is received and approved. The mode and timeline of refunds are as follows:

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, and IFSC code) for refund processing.


7. Exchange Policy

We also offer product exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product is eligible and in new, unused condition.
  • Exchange is only available for size, color, or variant changes of the same product (if in stock).

If the replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as for a return and choose “Exchange” instead of “Refund.”


8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order if:

  • It has not yet been shipped.
  • The cancellation is requested within 12 hours of placing the order.

To cancel:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to “My Orders”
  • Click “Cancel” next to the applicable item

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still return the product as per our return policy after delivery.

Refunds for cancelled orders (prepaid) will be processed within 2–4 business days.


9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified.

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

We will review and respond within 24–48 hours.


10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times vary.
  4. If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@trendnix.online with your order details.

11. International Orders

At this time, returns and refunds are only supported for orders delivered within India. International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of shipping damage or defects.


12. Policy Abuse

To maintain fairness and avoid misuse:

  • Excessive returns, repeated damage claims, or fake returns may lead to account suspension.
  • Items returned in used condition may not qualify for a refund.

Trendnix reserves the right to refuse service or return privileges to anyone suspected of abusing this policy.
